Amy Loomes

I joined Sharratts in 2012 and deal with the site set up elements for developments of both private and shared ownership sales.

I am a Licensed Conveyancer, having qualified in 2010 and was made an Associate in 2020.   I have 20 years’ experience in conveyancing having on a wide range of residential matters including re-mortgaging, sales, purchases and Transfer of Equity’s.  Before joining Sharratt’s I was previously with a large regional law firm acting for purchasers of new build properties including Shared Ownership.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and baby son, seeing friends and keeping fit.
